BASIC EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE TERMINOLOGY TEST

Send an email to a colleague at your company. The email should include the following information:

• A business meeting with a company (TRHX SYSTEMS) interested in your IT systems implementation and maintenance has been held .

• The meeting was a success and a two-year contract has been signed.

• Tell them that you are enclosing a dossier with all the information regarding the current status of your systems and the desired objective.

• Ask them to study this information and invite them to a meeting in two days from now at 9:00 to discuss how your department is prepared to deal with this client in the short term.

HOBBY PRESENTATIONS DUE FOR NEXT WEEK

STATE THE SUBJECT FOR YOUR HOBBY PRESENTATION & DRAW A "STORYBOARD". 

IT SHOULD INCLUDE: 

                * A CATCHY OPENING (IE, A HAKA FOR RUGBY)

                * LOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AND 

                * A PEACK CLOSING (LEAVE THE BEST PART FOR THE END)

               Multimedia presentation (video, sound, images...) on your favorite spare time activity 

Purpose: entertaining your audience (classmates)

Length: 5-7 minutes. Pay special attention to body language, multimedia resources, and rhythm. 

If possible, bring objects/materials related to it (ie, if your hobby is cooking... bring a cake!!)
